I have had this rack on my bike for several months now, and use it to hold my backpack for daily commuting. Since I use the backpack and not panniers, I took the brackets that normally hold the panniers out of the wheel and put them on top to widen the base of the structure. That really helped reduce the wobble and shifting of the load side-to-side.
Very adjustable including extending the rack farther back
Doesn't attach at axle, so you can change a tire without worrying about the stays coming out
Doesn't screw into the frame like most racks which allows additional flexibility on what it fits
No good place to hold a tail light (the pictures now show a reflector, so they may have added something to help with that)
After a few months now, the rails on the sides have broken.
Must continue to tighten the screws as the vibration backed my screws out multiple times
The brackets that attach to the bottom of the frame were too big around for my bike, and I needed to use the rubber spacers; however, that is a lot of weight to put on an angled mount, so they would slip down slowly over time. They never pushed down below the rubber, but it was something I constantly check and fuss over
